Role OverviewWe are looking for self‑motivated individuals who can work independently but also enjoy working on a team. Passion, leadership, initiative, problem solving and professionalism are the key factors for success in this fast‑paced, dynamic position. The role is within CPSG Operations.
Responsibilities- Perform all warehouse tasks using standard work and policies to ensure safety and quality.
- Assist customers with order pickup and complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations.
- Provide basic customer service functions, handle incoming telephone inquiries, and perform other administrative duties.
- Conduct basic modifications to parts of customer products per specified requirements.
- Oversee outbound shipment processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to minimize accidents.
- Identify process deviations and immediately notify supervisor; report equipment or infrastructure damage for repair.
- Preserve confidentiality of company information and protect CPSG’s reputation.
- Attend educational workshops, maintain professional knowledge, and engage in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
- Ensure regular and predictable on‑site attendance and comply with assigned shift schedule; be available for additional hours as needed.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and ensure team compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Forklift certification.
- 3+ years in a high‑volume warehouse environment.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Prior welding/torch experience.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
Pay range: $19.04 – $29.06 per hour. Base pay may vary depending on location, education, training, and experience. The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short‑term incentive plan subject to applicable policies.
