Our Warehouse associates assist in Loading, Unloading, Inventory of Cargo (Motor vehicles) and crucial shipping operations to run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of inspiring growth and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the loading and unloading of maritime containers.

Cutting and constructing ramps for easy loading into containers.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.

Assist in materials handling and storage processes.

Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines.

Support warehouse management systems to track inventory.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse operations or cargo loading.

Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Valid forklift certification preferred.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (OSHA).

Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Ability to speak BOTH Spanish and English
