Warehouse Supervisor

B.U,L Imports is a growing eCommerce and distribution company seeking a Operations Coordinator to lead our warehouse operations and support logistics and fulfillment. This is a high-impact role for someone with sharp attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to take initiative in both warehouse and delivery operations.

• Warehouse Operations:
  Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping products.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Logistics & Pickup:
  Drive a company van to local airports and freight terminals to pick up shipments and inspect incoming goods.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Utilize Excel to track shipments, update logs, and maintain operational records with precision.
• Quality Control:
  Verify incoming shipments against invoices, check item conditions, and ensure all orders meet quality standards.

  Work closely with office staff and leadership to streamline workflow and meet fulfillment timelines.
• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure warehouse safety protocols are followed and maintained.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role (eCommerce industry preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving a van or pickup vehicle.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent, professional-level English—spoken and written—is required.
• Must be able to work independently and problem-solve in real-time.
• Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the day.
• Must have a clean criminal record.
• Basic understanding of shipping logistics and inventory systems is a plus.
