Warehouse Manager – Largest Warehouse Location (Doral, FL)

Lead one of Florida’s top beverage distribution organizations’ largest warehouse location. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the Doral warehouse, including safety, inventory management, picking/loading/unloading product, facility standards/upkeep, operational productivity and overall people management.

• Directly lead 40+ warehouse employees at the Doral location
• Own daily warehouse execution for the company’s largest and most complex facility
• Manage receiving, replenishment, picking, loading, inventory control, and facility readiness
• Partner with delivery, fleet, sales, inventory, and senior operations leadership to support daily service execution
• Fill a key leadership role within the largest Anheuser-Busch distributor in Florida and one of the 15 largest in the U.S.

The Warehouse Manager oversees all daily warehouse operations at the Doral facility, the company’s largest warehouse location. This role manages warehouse supervisors, leads, and frontline team members while ensuring safe, accurate, efficient, and timely execution across receiving, replenishment, inventory control, order selection, loading, returns, and facility upkeep.

This position is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader with proven experience managing large frontline teams, building strong supervisory routines, improving productivity, and maintaining high standards in a high-volume distribution environment.

• Lead 40+ warehouse employees at the company’s largest warehouse location
• Oversee daily warehouse operations that support high-volume beverage distribution across Southeast Florida
• Maintain safe, compliant, organized, and cost-effective warehouse operations
• Drive continuous improvement in picking accuracy, loading efficiency, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and facility standards
• Serve as the primary warehouse leader for a critical operating location within a top-tier Anheuser-Busch distributor

• Oversee all daily warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory control, order selection, loading, returns, and facility maintenance
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and frontline team members to improve execution, accountability, and engagement
• Partner with delivery, fleet, inventory, sales, and senior operations leaders to ensure orders are prepared accurately and loaded on time
• Champion safety, sanitation, organization, equipment care, and compliance across all warehouse activities
• Manage labor planning, productivity goals, performance routines, and operational KPIs to support cost control and service excellence

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or similar high-volume environments
• Proven experience leading warehouse supervisors, leads, and large frontline teams
• Strong working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety best practices
• Beverage, CPG, or distribution experience preferred
