Warehouse​/Forklift Associate; Bilingual

Job Description We are looking for hard-working, dependable Warehouse/Forklift Associates to join a fast-paced and clean warehouse operation. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on picking, packing, forklift operation, and maintaining an organized work environment.

• Pick and pack products including smartwatches, headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other consumer electronics
• Operate forklifts as needed
• Build and organize pallets
• Lift and move items weighing 50+ pounds
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Perform proactive work throughout the day - when you're finished with your primary task, you should be ready to help wherever needed
• Work efficiently in a high-intensity picking and packing environment
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures

• At least 2 years of warehouse and/or forklift experience
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required - candidates will be tested
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Can-do, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work quickly and stay productive throughout the shift
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Spanish-speaking skills are a must; bilingual candidates are a plus
• Strong attention to safety and workplace rules

• Very clean, semi-open warehouse with plenty of fans for ventilation
• Warm-weather clothing is permitted, including shorts and sleeveless shirts
• 15-minute paid break to rest and stay hydrated
• 30-minute lunch break
• Vending machines available for snacks (cash only)
• Music is permitted through warehouse Bluetooth speakers
• No personal phones, headphones, smart devices, or other distractions while working

• Punctuality and attendance are extremely important. We are looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and can be counted on every day
• Background checks and drug screenings are waived for this position

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee. Once hired permanently, employees can receive a pay increase and benefits. Depending on performance and business needs, permanent conversion may happen around the 6-month mark or sooner.
