Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing and sorting orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with card packaging when necessary. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to contribute to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:- Pack and sort orders efficiently and accurately.
- Make base card packs and ensure they are properly assembled.
- Keep the fulfillment area organized and clean.
- Sleeve and case cards when needed to ensure the integrity of the product.
- Follow proper packing procedures to ensure all items are securely packaged and shipped.
- Assist with additional tasks as required by the fulfillment manager or director.
- General knowledge of sports teams (a basic understanding is preferred).
- Strong common sense and ability to make independent decisions.
- Good reading comprehension skills to follow packing and sorting instructions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Focused on the task at hand, with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with basic computer functions for processing orders.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on completing tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse work is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift objects up to and sometimes exceeding 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to look down or focus on tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform various warehouse duties, including handling cards and packaging materials.
