Warehouse Shipping Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
• Verify accuracy of shipping orders and documentation.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain organized shipping area and ensure cleanliness.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Track shipments and update inventory systems accordingly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse shipping or logistics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
