Advertising Coordinator

Description

This position is a full‑time, casino graphic design role located in a casino environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), and be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Perform high‑quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with team members, customers, and suppliers. Work independently while coordinating with other departments and maintaining strict confidentiality of privileged information.

Design and produce artwork and strategic advertising campaigns that promote the casino’s vision.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating visually compelling graphic designs for advertising campaigns and marketing publications.
• Overseeing traditional media advertising strategies.
• Managing social media and mobile app advertising strategies.
• Soliciting, reviewing, editing, and archiving photos and illustrations for publications.
• Scanning artwork for positioning.
• Organizing and maintaining all photos and artwork.
• Revising artwork and text to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and visual appeal.
• Assisting with conversion or adaptation of magazine and print advertising to the web.
• Creating graphics for online publications when necessary.
• Maintaining and operating all printing equipment within the department.
• Keeping informed of casino events, promotions, and operations.

Education/

Qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and vocational education. Must be proficient with Adobe Photoshop and have experience with Illustrator, Indesign, and Motion 5 applications. Licensing:
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required gaming license.

Requires problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and/or temperature.
