Job Description
Greeting Visitors:
Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answering and Directing Calls:
Handling phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
Scheduling Appointments:
Managing appointments, setting up meetings, and coordinating schedules.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:
Ensuring the front desk and waiting area are tidy and welcoming.
Basic Customer Service:
Providing information and assistance to visitors and clients
Mon-Fri Schedule
ResponsibilitiesFiling:
Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital files.
Clerical Tasks:
Performing various administrative tasks, such as typing, copying.
Basic Customer Service:
Providing information and assistance to visitors and clients, assist with taking payments.
Must be able to get licensed in Property and Casualty and Life within 90 days.
Strong Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with visitors and colleagues.
Organizational
Skills:
Ability to manage schedules, organize files, and maintain a tidy reception area.
Customer Service
Skills:
Providing a positive and helpful experience for visitors and clients.
Computer
Skills:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
