Current and valid DL or State issued  & Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months. Address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility

Certs/Licenses: CST via NBSTA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) or TS-C via
NCCT (National Center for Competency Testing)

Experience scrubbing in multiple specialties preferred
