• Stand, walk, stoop, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work on concrete surfaces for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Tolerate extreme temperatures commonly found in manufacturing environments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area.

• Ability to meet physical demands, including prolonged standing and lifting.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow manufacturing procedures.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
