Production Associate - Miami

We are looking for dependable Production Associates to join our team in Miami, Oklahoma. In this role, you will help package high-quality pet treats, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for retail stores. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where your attention to detail directly impacts pet owners and their beloved companions.

As a Production Associate, you will work as part of a dedicated team to package pet treats safely and efficiently. Your daily activities will include:

Accurately counting and packaging pet treats according to distribution specifications.

Maintaining a clean, safe work environment by following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Performing repetitive hand and arm motions to assemble, pack, and secure product containers.

Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Consistently arriving on time for your scheduled shift to support your team.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to stand for the full duration of an 8-hour shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.

Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks with your hands and arms.

Willingness to undergo a standard background check and drug screen.

Strong reliability and a commitment to excellent attendance.

Prior experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse environments.

Basic understanding of safety protocols or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Hourly Pay Rate: $13.50 - $13.75 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term, Temp-to-Hire

Shifts Available: All shifts are currently open, allowing you to find a schedule that fits your life.

1st - 7am start, 2nd - 3pm start and 3rd - 11pm start
