Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring blow molding equipment to ensure products are manufactured according to quality specifications. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to make minor machine adjustments while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

• Operate and monitor blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Navigate machine control panels to start, stop, and monitor equipment performance.
• Make minor process adjustments and clear machine jams as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and record production data for process control and troubleshooting.
• Record machine settings, downtime, maintenance activities, quality checks, and production scrap.
• Monitor production materials and replenish as necessary.
• Operate shredders and pelletizers to recycle production scrap.
• Classify, weigh, and tag recycled materials.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Assist with machine material and color changes and complete first article submissions.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance, including changing filters, screen packs, and lubrication.
• Operate forklifts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and analytical aptitude.
• Ability to operate and understand manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to workplace safety.

$18.50 per hour
