Job Overview:
Under general direction from the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker III (Machine Operator) is responsible for working as part of the blow molding production team to ensure products are manufactured based on specifications. This role both operates and monitors production equipment, such as blow molding machines, pelletizers, shredders, and auxiliary equipment. The Production Worker III also monitors records and communicates critical machine data and information to the Operations Team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be very safety-conscious with a record of Hazard Identification and Risk Control
• Must operate, understand, and transfer knowledge of all machinery and equipment.
• Must possess mechanical and analytical aptitude.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be able to read and communicate verbally in an effective manner.
• Must have strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and excellent time management skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills and team-oriented, with the ability to work in a diverse workplace.
• Lock-Out/Tag-Out training certification required.
