Adecco is urgently hiring a Production Lead for a growing manufacturing facility in Miami, OK! If you're an experienced manufacturing professional with leadership skills and a commitment to safety, quality, and team success, we want to speak with you today.

Pay: $ 21.00/hr

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do
  • Lead, motivate, and support production team members throughout the shift.
  • Drive productivity, quality, and on-time production goals.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, staffing assignments, and employee rotations.
  • Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Train, coach, and develop new and existing team members.
  • Assist on the production floor as needed to support operations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Support the Production Supervisor and step into leadership responsibilities when needed.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor role.
  • Previous forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
