Buffalo Run Casino is seeking a skilled Line Cook to provide culinary support under the Executive Chef. You will handle station preparation, sauces, and plate presentation to meet high standards in a fast-paced casino kitchen.
The role requires 2 years of line cook experience in fine dining or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and a valid food handler’s permit. You will work on all stations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and respond to guest feedback as part of a collaborative kitchen team.
