Job Overview
Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs; may require standing for long periods of time.
Compensation- Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour.
- Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria met.
