MEAT CUTTER

Food 4 Less - 1014 North Main Street - Responsibilities:
Support meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation;
Assist in ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, supply use and inventory preparation;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including proper stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling and overall department procedures;
Follow all company and food safety production guidelines for fresh food preparation, production and processing; ensure proper packaging, weighing, labeling;
Adhere to safety procedures and equipment maintenance; build relationships and foster teamwork within the department
