Maintenance Technician

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our St. Louis manufacturing plant running safely and efficiently. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime. You'll interpret technical drawings, follow strict safety and food-quality standards, and document work in a CMMS. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and related systems.
• Use CMMS to document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history accurately.
• Follow strict safety, quality, and food safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and upgrades to support plant initiatives.
• Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean, organized, and compliant condition.
