As the Director of Modular Solutions, you own the full business and operational performance of our modular data center structures division. You will scale a high-growth operation, deliver predictable execution for hyperscale customers, and build the operating model that supports our next phase of expansion.

• Own full P&L performance, including operating plans, budgets, and long-range capacity strategy
• Lead end-to-end execution from demand intake through on-time, in-full delivery across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics
• Scale modular fabrication and assembly operations to support rapid growth and facility expansion
• Partner with Commercial and Finance on forecasting, pricing, and contract execution
• Serve as executive escalation point for delivery, quality, and schedule risks
• Implement a Toyota Production System (TPS)-based operating model focused on Just-in-Time flow, built-in quality, and daily continuous improvement
• Build and develop leadership talent across operations, planning, supply chain, and quality

• 10+ years of senior operations or general management experience in manufacturing or engineered-to-order environments
• Proven ownership of P&L performance in a complex production setting
• Experience with modular, prefabricated, or complex structural assemblies
• Strong expertise in production planning, supply chain execution, and fulfillment for large-scale projects
• Track record of scaling high-growth or transformation-driven operations
• Experience implementing Toyota Production System (TPS), Lean manufacturing, or similar operating frameworks
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment
• Executive-level communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or related field required;

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives.

Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
