Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Here's what we're after:

• 5 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• B2B customer service software knowledge
• Able to stand for the entire shift
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer orders, material schedules, returns, and exchanges accurately in ERP and CRM platforms.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transaction s.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Provide product information and assistance to customers.
• Understand and navigate customer portals; EDIs and ASNs knowledge a plus.
• Screen and process new customer account documentation and contacts.
• Communicate account updates to ensure the customer database remains current.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
