The Lead Pastor serves as the church’s primary communicator to encourage and shepherd the spiritual formation of the congregation. The Lead Pastor also provides directional and visionary leadership for the church, oversees, and encourages the multiplication of ministry by developing and empowering both the staff and lay leadership of the church. And the Lead Pastor champions the church’s Mission, Vision, and Values and works with the Elders to oversee the spiritual needs of the body.

- Proven ability to lead, manage and develop a ministry staff.
- Prefer someone with 10+ years of church ministry leadership experience and 4+ years of experience as a lead or teaching pastor.
- Experience with pastoral responsibilities such as performing weddings and funerals, providing pastoral counseling, and leading child dedications.

The Lead Pastor reports to the Elders and is considered a non‑voting Elder (after his first year in the position). The Lead Pastor oversees the following staff positions currently:
Children’s Pastor, Discipleship Pastor, Executive Pastor, Student Pastor, Worship Arts Pastor, and Connections Director. This full-time position includes regular office hours with a flex‑schedule and a minimum 50 hours per week. This position provides paid time off based on years of service, 403(b) retirement plan with a match up to 4% of qualifying compensation, life insurance policy, vision insurance, and some supplemental health insurance options.
