Full-time Senior Instrument and Controls Engineer

This is a dynamic leadership role, as you'll lead members of our I&C team in delivering exceptional work while taking active steps to grow the department and enhance client satisfaction. You'll tackle leadership, project management, and business development functions to support day-to-day success, long-term expansion, and increased profitability. You can expect to:

• Develop, modify, and execute elevated I&C standards while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality expectations
• Oversee your team as they work, provide training and constructive feedback, and serve as a good example for productivity, quality, accountability, and customer service standards
• Set departmental targets and work with senior management to establish annual business plans, such as sales targets, budget limits, HR procedures, etc.
• Define how the electrical department functions related to I&C
• Support an efficient, cooperative, and uplifting environment
• Work with project managers and department managers to coordinate stand-alone and multi-disciplinary projects with an I&C component, including identifying resources, setting schedules, establishing budget terms, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Contribute to business development strategies by proactively seeking out potential I&C clients, developing relationships with existing clients, and finding opportunities for project add-ons
• Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and maintain a loyal clientele

• Strong proficiency with DCS, I/O panel layouts, SCADA layouts, QA, and CAD procedures
• Excellent leadership skills

• Competitive salary of $120,000 to $140,000 per year
