Engineering Technical Specialist

The Engineering Technical Specialist will provide hands-on technical expertise in the Carbon Monoxide distillation process, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires a blend of engineering knowledge and practical skills to support the production and purification of Carbon Monoxide, a critical component in various chemical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

" Oversee and maintain the Carbon Monoxide distillation process, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety guidelines.
" Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of distillation equipment, including reactors, condensers, and separation units.
" Implement and manage calibration, preventive maintenance, and asset management programs specific to the Carbon Monoxide distillation process.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement in the distillation operations.
" Ensure compliance with ISO, cGMP, and safety standards, participating in quality assurance initiatives and safety training.
" Document all procedures, maintenance activities, and compliance records accurately, maintaining a robust quality management system.
" Provide training and support to junior staff and maintenance personnel on the Carbon Monoxide distillation process and related equipment.
