We’ve grown over 440% in the last 18 months because we take ownership, solve hard problems, and build with purpose. Join us to build the future.

Internship Overview

An internship at Accelevation is not a summer of shadowing and busy work. We design, manufacture, and install the critical infrastructure that powers some of the world's most advanced technologies. As an intern, you will work alongside industry experts on meaningful projects with real deadlines, real responsibilities, and real impact. You will collaborate with engineers, manufacturing leaders, and project managers who are solving complex challenges and shaping the future of critical infrastructure.

From our manufacturing center in Southwest Ohio to the mission-critical environments behind many of the world's largest data centers, you will gain firsthand exposure to how innovative ideas become reality. More importantly, you will build lasting connections. You will join a cohort of interns who learn and grow together, while developing relationships with mentors who will support your career long after your internship ends.

You will leave with more than experience. You will leave with new skills, meaningful relationships, and a deeper understanding of how your work can help build the future.

Your Impact

As an Electrical Product Engineer Intern, you will support the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of Accelevation’s electrical power distribution products, including:

  • UL 891 Switchboards
  • Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
  • Remote Power Panels (RPPs)
  • Automatic and Manual Transfer Switch Systems

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting mission-critical power infrastructure solutions used in some of the world's most demanding environments. Working alongside experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams, you will contribute to product innovation, engineering documentation, testing, manufacturing support, and quality initiatives. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop technical expertise in electrical power systems while gaining real-world experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth manufacturing environment.
