- Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics from an accredited university.
- Have advanced Excel skills; ability to produce reporting.
- Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all our investments.
- Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for our properties.
- Maintain master databases and own the changes within both the debt and equity funds.
- Support annual audits for all investments.
- Have high integrity and excellent discretion with access to highly sensitive information.
