Qualified candidates will:

* Have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics from an accredited university.

* Have advanced Excel skills; ability to produce reporting.

* Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all our investments.

* Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for our properties.

* Maintain master databases and own the changes within both the debt and equity funds.

* Support annual audits for all investments.

* Have high integrity and excellent discretion with access to highly sensitive information.
