Such care and supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality Resident care is always maintained.

• Valid STNA License in Ohio
• Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.
• Must maintain a license in good standing with the state board.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Ensure care and supervision in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Follow directives from Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to maintain quality resident care.
