Responsibilities & Requirements
This position works as part of the Human Resources Compensation Team to research, design, implement, communicate and maintain a wide variety of compensation programs. Responsibilities include position design, market analysis, and program administration. The position involves a mix of program maintenance tasks, project management, education, and problem solution assignments. Additionally this position supports a strong team approach – serving as a collaborative resource to both the HR team and leadership.
EducationalRequirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field required
- Five Years Of Increasingly Responsible Analyst-type Experience Required
- Project Management skills required
- MS Office Skills Required, Including Excel, Access, And Word
- PHR certification preferred
- CCP certification preferred
- Knowledge of statistics and survey techniques preferred
- Experience with ERP transition preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Must have ability to use good judgment and handle confidential information appropriately
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis and resolution skills
- Must have ability to stay organized, be self-directed, multi-task and prioritize
