As a Business Experience & Plan Expert within PNC's Retail and Lending Technology – Execution Team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Miamisburg, OH.

As a Business Experience & Plan Expert your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Acts as a strategic, trusted advisor to the CIO, driving alignment, execution, and clear communication across technology and business teams.
• Translates leadership priorities into actionable plans, ensuring key initiatives progress efficiently, risks are proactively identified, and the CIO agenda is executed with rigor and discipline.
• Partners closely with Line of Business (LOB) leaders, including Retail and Lending, to align technology delivery with business strategy and outcomes.
• Collaborates across critical cross-functional partners, including:
  Finance and workforce planning, Program and portfolio management, Risk, compliance, and audit, Operations and business stakeholders.
• Operates at the intersection of technology, business priorities, and executive leadership to enable informed decision-making, drive accountability, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
