Job Description

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Service Bureau Specialist to join our team at our Miamisburg, OH location.

This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a team. In this role, you will be a key player in our operations, responsible for quality checks, packing and shipping of all completed materials. You will work directly with the group leader to evaluate any quality issues within the department and ensure the day to day operations.

Responsible for the organization of all incoming material and cleanliness of the shipping/packing station. Candidates will also be capable of the set up and operation of ADTP printers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up thermal printers for custom printing, encoding, and finishing of labels and tags.
  • Interpret order specifications and perform quality checks to ensure jobs are running correctly.
  • Organization of incoming material, including breaking down material for job staging.
  • Package and label finished products according to customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with your team, group leaders, and other departments to meet goals and continuously improve processes.
  • Assist, train, and support other team members as needed.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with basic math, including decimals and percentages.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs overhead.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A mechanical aptitude and excellent eye-hand coordination.
  • Experience with PC skills (Google, Excel, Word) and a plus if you know RFID, Monarch thermal printers, or Inkjet printer technology.

Physical Requirements
  • Movement:
    May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
  • Lifting:
    May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
  • Environment:
    May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
