• High school diploma or GED
• Production, warehouse, or machine shop experience
• Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues
• Attention to quality and precision
• Physical ability to lift and stand all day
• Team player who works hard, shows up, and plays well with the crew

• Run machines to maintain steady production
• Spot potential issues early and address them before they halt the line
• Monitor product quality closely
• Perform adjustments and small fixes as needed
• Follow safety rules and collaborate with the crew
