As an Assembler, you’ll build high-quality containment components that structure our end product. Your hands‑on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure our products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably—directly supporting operational excellence and company growth.
Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Assemble plastic panels, aluminum frames, and plastic components using hand tools, small cordless tools, and basic machinery to meet quality and cost standards.
- Perform detailed quality checks on parts, subassemblies, and completed products, ensuring alignment with specifications and production timelines.
- Collaborate closely with your team while following job‑tracking procedures, standard work instructions, and all safety guidelines.
- Support production flow through general warehouse tasks, inventory movement, material handling, cleaning, and small machine operation as needed.
- Expand your technical knowledge by learning materials, components, and terminology—while participating in Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by your manager, including obtaining forklift certification if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
- Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently.

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives.
Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.
