Gilder Search Group is seeking a CNC Operator for the second shift in Miamisburg, OH. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines (3+ axis) to produce parts to specification, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality. Approximately 75% of the time will be spent on machining and 25% on supporting assembly.
You will select and mount tools, monitor processes, and inspect parts for defects. The successful candidate will learn company-specific CNC equipment and perform routine maintenance.
