We’re hiring a Welder / Fabricator to set up and operate fabrication and welding equipment to produce high‑quality steel, aluminum, and stainless‑steel components built to exact specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment (cold saws, Bridgeport mills, shears, brake presses, welding machines)
• Perform welding, grinding, deburring, and finishing work
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine machine maintenance and support uptime
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support production flow and continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience
• Strong blueprint reading ability
• Experience with fabrication/welding equipment
• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
• Alloy experience is a plus]

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable performing basic math (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions

• Active manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and hands‑on work
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Required use of all PPE and adherence to safety standards
