Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a ceritified welder who will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes. Must follow WPS, blueprints, and safety standards to produce high-quality, code-compliant welds.

• Weld and repair plate, pipe, and structural assemblies
• Interpret blueprints and verify fit-up before welding
• Conduct inspections and maintain weld documentation
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with QA/QC and suggest process improvements
• Strong emphasis in TIG aluminum thick plates

• High school diploma or GED
• AWS Certified Welder; able to pass 3G/4G or 6G tests
• 3+ years of welding experience
• Skilled in blueprint reading and welding tools
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and work in varied environments
