• Direct all nursing service activities for the facility.
• Ensure safe and appropriate staff‑to‑patient ratios.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with PAM Health standards and accreditation requirements.
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and compassion.
• Partner with interdisciplinary leaders to drive quality, safety, and operational performance.
• Actively engage with staff on the floor to support care delivery and professional development.

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Master’s Degree (or active progression toward a Master’s Degree) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• 3+ years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Specialty certification preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
