Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required

Kingston of Miamisburg is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care in our Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care community. Deliver resident-centered nursing care aligned with individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor resident health and communicate changes to RNs and physicians

Support residents with respiratory or rehabilitative needs as part of their care journey

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high-quality outcomes

Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to CNAs to maintain care standards

Foster a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and staff

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred

Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and adaptability

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
