Kingston of Miamisburg is hiring a Unit Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards in our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting. Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your unit

Manage individualized care plans and ensure consistent, high-quality resident outcomes

Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control policies, and safety standards

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide resident-centered care

Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and families, offering updates and guidance

Promote teamwork, participate in quality improvement efforts, and foster a positive workplace culture

Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license

Prior leadership or supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)

Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience a plus

Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and team-building abilities
