The facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN positions for NIGHT SHIFT. Join our team as a charge nurse leader at our state‑of‑the‑art, skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct care to the patients and direct oversight to the nurse aides. It ensures excellent care delivery on the nursing care units and meets the needs of residents, resident families, and nursing aides during care delivery.

Pay Rates: $34.00 - $40.00 depending on RN certifications and experience. Additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

Daily pay available. Work a shift and receive real cash that same day. Med pass uses individual medication packs.

• Assist in responsibility for total patient care within the nursing unit and manage the unit
• Provide direct nursing care to patients
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON
• Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by nurse associates, monitoring and responding to policies and procedures
• Administer medication and treatment per physician orders specific to the patient
• Instruct and observe care implemented per physician/clinician or standard practice
• Assist and direct in admission/discharge process of patients

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current license in the state of practice
• Maintain licensure (complete CE requirements) and CPR certification
• Desire to work with elderly and enjoy interacting with residents, staff, and families
• Possess good organizational skills and follow‑up when patient situations require
