Community First Solutions is looking for RNs and LPNs to join our health services team at our Westover, Berkeley Square, or Jamestowne campuses for AM shift. Nurses and nurse managers will be committed to promoting residents' well‑being by fostering a collaborative and compassionate approach to care with a focus on best practices and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and manage resident‑driven care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the Medical Director or Resident Physician
  • Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RAs and STNAs
  • Document pertinent information following established clinical policies and procedures
  • Effectively communicate with residents, family members, and co‑workers
  • Protect the health and safety of residents
Qualifications
  • Must have an active license in the state of Ohio with authority to administer medications
  • Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts
  • Must hold current Instructor‑Led CPR Certification (or must obtain upon hire)
  • Preferred:
    Previous experience in long‑term care/geriatrics
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long‑term care
  • Must have a positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work every 3rd weekend and holidays
  • This direct care position requires COVID‑19 vaccination. Applicants not yet vaccinated will be provided resources to become fully vaccinated.
