Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in the home, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support personalized care plans. Focus on delivering quality, one-on-one care with a structured and less stressful environment.
Qualifications & SkillsActive LPN license, current BLS certification, and preferred 1+ year experience. Ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and overnight, with opportunities for adult and pediatric care.
Key DutiesDeliver compassionate in-home nursing care, ensure patient safety, and support ongoing treatment goals.
