Customer Service Lead

Compensation Pay Range:
$10.70 - $16.70
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

The Customer Service Lead will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to enhance sales, improve customer service, maintain store appearance, and streamline store operations. This position will also take on shift management duties when the Assistant or Store Manager is unavailable.

• Lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service to both retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute customer service programs effectively.
• Ensure the phone is answered following company policies.
• Manage online orders and in-store delivery notifications efficiently, ensuring customers are informed.
• Oversee the handling of special orders and outside purchases according to procedure.
• Facilitate quick, friendly processing of customer returns and exchanges.
• Ensure all products, including warranties, are invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate important messages and delegate merchandising tasks effectively.
• Monitor adherence to work schedules, ensuring any changes are approved by management.
• Perform store opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security protocols.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification

• Retail sales background, preferably in auto parts
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish
