We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. In this role you will provide excellent service to customers, help run daily operations, and contribute to a team that makes our store efficient and welcoming.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Complete orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use motor coordination to perform precise, rapid movements between eyes and hands.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces range from 36" to 48" high.
• Walking: For short distances and durations.
• Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs. Delivery cases may be stacked up to 72" high.
• Carrying: Large cans (3 lb, 7 oz) and pizza sauce (30 lbs) are occasionally carried from storage to the front of the store.
• Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 lbs of force; some trays may be pulled.
• Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending: Forward bending for 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day.
• Crouching/Squatting: Occasional tasks to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching: Continuous up, down, and forward reaching; occasionally above 72" to operate controls or place items on shelves; reaching down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal.
• Hand Tasks: Eye‑hand coordination is essential; frequent use of hands for shaping dough, using a pizza peel and rolling cutter, and assembling cardboard boxes.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces and tools up to 500°F.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Requires clear vision (near and mid‑range) and hearing for telephone communication.
• Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
