SUMMARY
Responsible for booking and revenue production typically in the $2.4 - $5M range, expense control while ensuring quality support and strong customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for achieving booking and revenue targets for region.
- Responsible for generation, tracking and proper follow-up for all support sales in region. With assistance from HQ, issue quotations and close orders to meet booking goals.
- Responsible for timely submission of reports including sale pipeline, regional activities, project manpower forecasting and PM parts forecasting.
- Represent Customer Satisfaction Group capabilities in new equipment sales process by assisting regional sales managers and sales management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure YAI is paid for goods and services.
- Address “critical” account issues to ensure prompt, complete resolution.
- Manage budget and manpower requirements.
- Responsible for timely submission of required reports.
- Participate in development of new departmental policies.
- Coordinate service contract activities, including quarterly reviews and renewals.
- Work with Tech Sales to respond to customer needs.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBA and five to seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
