Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies within a financial services location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, ATM areas, offices, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter; document observations and report unusual activity.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by confirming authorization, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and directing guests to appropriate areas.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate, and complete required reports.;
Operate and/or monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and radios; maintain accurate logs of patrols, visitor activity, and incident response actions.
