Security Officer Patrol Response

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a technology and media-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and sign-in processes when assigned, and help to support authorized access in accordance with location protocols;
Communicate clearly with clients, employees, visitors, and first responders during routine operations and/or escalated events, while maintaining professional presence and customer-focused service
