Maintenance Technician Floater

Fath Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician Floater to support multiple apartment communities. In this role, you'll complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with apartment turns, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. You'll travel between properties as needed, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained homes for residents. Working closely with on-site teams, you'll respond to service requests, manage basic grounds and building upkeep, and help uphold our resident-focused, service-oriented culture built on integrity, respect, and teamwork.
