Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm, some overtime will be available

Pay Rate: $18-$22/hr (Depending on experience/skill level)

Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinetry and display construction

Position Responsibilities and Requirements May Include:

• Construct high-quality displays and cabinets to spec, including detailed laminated finishes.
• Create cut lists, verify materials, and provide leadership to other shop employees to ensure top-quality outcomes.
• Prioritize lamination accuracy, durability, and visual excellence in all finished surfaces.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
• Lead by example, fostering the development of junior team members, and maintaining a culture of craftsmanship.

Skills Required:

• Advanced laminating skills are essential, including experience with a variety of substrates, adhesives, and finish materials.
• Strong carpentry background in exhibit, retail display, and/or commercial millwork environments.
• Skilled with power tools such as saws, routers, and pneumatic tools; gluing and solid surface fabrication experience a plus.
• Proven ability to interpret detailed shop drawings and meet demanding quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with frequent change.
• Dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe work environment in line with company safety standards.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends, overtime, and travel for installations when needed.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for 8–10 hours per day.
