Warehouse Associate
Location:
Miamisburg, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
1st
Shift: Monday
- Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Job Duties
- Process freight documentation and maintain audit-ready shipping records
- Manage international small parcel and pallet shipments using shipping software
- Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices and packing lists
- Ensure shipments comply with international shipping guidelines and regulations
- Maintain knowledge of IATA, IMDG, and DOT/49 CFR hazardous materials regulations
- Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders for booking and shipment tracking
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and warehouse accuracy
- Respond to customer service requests and resolve shipping or logistics issues
- Support warehouse operations and KPI performance goals
- Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or assembly role
- Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping software
- Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Frequent standing, bending, and material handling
- Exposure to warehouse equipment and materials
- Requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
